By shopping with us at Dangerzone-Collectibles, you are agreeing to the following TERMS & CONDITIONS.

Please read them carefully.

Ordering

Once we have received your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail usually within 24 hours, along with shipping information (Unless your item is "PRE-ORDER" or "RESERVE"). We will also supply you with a contact Telephone Number, should you need to ring us about your order.

Stock Status

Although we do our best to show the products status, by way of the order buttons (See Order Buttons Explained, below) All products are subject to availability. On the rare occasion that we are out of stock of an item, we will e-mail you usually within 24 hours to give you the option to cancel or leave the order pending for our next delivery. Your Credit Card would not be charged until the order was being shipped.

Shipping Times

Due to logistical reasons, we are unable to offer same Day shipping at the present time. However, we always do our very best to make sure all in stock items (GREEN BUY BUTTON) are shipped within 48-72 Hours (2 - 3 Working days) from receiving your order. If you are needing an item for a specific Date, we would request that you place your order in plenty of time, to avoid disappointment. We would always suggest playing safe, and ordering at least a week before the required Date.

Order Buttons Explained

To try and make things a little easier, we have created an "Order Button" system, which is designed to inform you as to the status of the item you are viewing. This system is as follows:-

GREEN "BUY" BUTTON:- This item is in stock, and will usually be shipped within 48-72 hours (2 - 3 Working Days).

PLEASE NOTE:- On the rare occasion that we are out of stock of a GREEN "BUY" BUTTON item, we will e-mail you usually within 24 hours, to give you the option to cancel your order or wait for our next delivery to arrive. If you choose to wait, your Credit Card will not be charged until your order is ready to be shipped.

YELLOW "SPECIAL ORDER" BUTTON:- This item will be ordered for you from the Manufacturers, and will normally be with you within 7 Working Days of placing your order. However, we would request that you allow a little breathing space on this timescale, for possible delays in dispatch and shipping from the Distributor. We will confirm Stock Availability at the Distributor, and provided the item is in stock at the suppliers, we will then process your Credit Card payment. Should the item be out of stock, we will not take payment from your Credit Card. We will send you an e-mail explaining the situation, and will then give you option to either cancel your order, or leave it pending for when stock becomes available. If you choose to leave your order pending, we will not take payment until the stock becomes available. We will confirm prior to taking payment that you still wish to purchase the item.

PLEASE NOTE:- With certain items, we may request for the Distributor to deliver to you direct. This is purely to speed up the time for your order to arrive with you.

ORANGE "PRE ORDER" BUTTON:- This item has not yet been released by the Manufacturer, but is available for you to "PRE-ORDER", for when it is released. We always order items of this nature Months in advance of their release, from the Distributors. During this period you have the chance to place your order with us, to be sure of getting the item as soon as it is released. We will try to give some indication as the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) for the item, within the description on the products "INFO" page. However, we reserve the right to change this at any stage. We also reserve the right to change the price of "PRE-ORDER" item's, should the Manufacturer make any adjustments to their costs. If there is an increase, you will be notified by e-mail and given the option to cancel your order. If the price is to be reduced, this will be automatically done, and your order will be updated to the new lower price. When the item has arrived with us, you will be notified by e-mail, and given 3 Days to cancel your order, if we don't hear from you within this period, your order will be processed. If you decide to cancel, you will not incur any costs. To speed up the dispatch of your order, you are quite welcome to respond to our 3 Day message, by replying to our e-mail when you receive it, and confirming you still require the item.

PLEASE NOTE:- We also use this "PRE-ORDER" Button if we are Temporarily Sold Out of an item that we have had in stock. If there isn't an E.T.A shown, then we are expecting stock shortly. Again your Credit Card will not be charged until we have received our next delivery and your order is ready to ship.

BLUE "RESERVE" BUTTON:- This item has been on "PRE ORDER" and we have now sold our expected shipment quantity to Customers who have placed an order for the item. However, there is always a chance that an order may be cancelled, a Credit Card payment declined, or we may manage to increase the ordered quantity at the Distributor. This is where the "RESERVE" feature comes in, it's a sort of "WAIT LIST" facility, for if an item does become available. In the event that an item you have placed on "RESERVE" becomes available, you will be notified by e-mail and given 3 Days to accept or decline the item. If we do not hear from you, the item will be offered to the next person in line. Should we manage to secure a larger quantity of the item, we will change the "RESERVE" BUTTON back to "PRE-ORDER", however, you will still be notified that stock has become available, and be given the option to have your "RESERVE" order converted to a "PRE-ORDER".

PLEASE NOTE:- By placing an order for a "RESERVE" item, you are NOT guaranteed to receive this item. Your order will be placed on a "WAIT LIST" and you will be notified should an item become available. Your Credit Card will not be charged for placing a "RESERVE" order, and you are able to cancel at any time. You will not incur any charges if you do cancel at any stage. Should an item become available, and you acknowledge our e-mail notification, we will then process the payment on your Credit Card.

Who We Use To Ship Your Order

The service we use is:- Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery

Postage Costs

We have a Postage and Packing sytem that works on the weight of the items you are buying. This way, if you add more items to your order, the P&P will be automatically calculated for you. When you arrive at the Checkout, you will then be given Postage options, depending on the Total Weight of you order. The prices will be listed aswell, so you will know how much you will be paying for each service.

The prices start from as little as £2.49 and this is shown on the items page in the yellow circle beneath the "Add To Basket" tab. If you would like to find the cost for more than one item, you can add items to your Shopping Basket, and the total Postage and Packing charges will then be shown for you to check. You are then able to add or remove items to your Shopping Basket if you wish, before the order is placed.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not offer International Shipping. Please accept our apologies for this.

Packing

The cost of packing materials is incorporated within the Postage and Packing fees. We try to be fair with our pricing, but at the same time we want to make sure your order is properly packed for a SAFE JOURNEY to you. We believe that when a Customer pays for Postage and Packing, they should receive the Packing that they have paid for, and not just the Postage. As a result of this approach, we have had countless messages of praise about our packing from previous Customers.

Security

Our secure server software fully encrypts all your personal information including your credit/debit card number and your name and address. This is confirmed by the little "Padlock" symbol in your web browser. In addition, our server does not store your credit/debit card details at all, so that you can shop with us with total confidence.

V.A.T.

We are not registered for V.A.T at the moment, and therefore will not be able to provide a V.A.T number with your order.

Payment Methods

We accept all major UK Credit Cards and Debit Cards and PayPal payments.

Unfortunatley, we do not accept American Express at this time. 

Currency

All prices on our Website are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).

Privacy

Here at Dangerzone-Collectibles we take your PRIVACY very seriously. We therefore will NEVER pass any information you give us to any other party for marketing purposes.

PLEASE NOTE:- We reserve the right to to pass your Name and Address, with a Contact Telephone Number to a Distributor who we are getting to ship a "SPECIAL ORDER" item direct to you. However, this information will be given to them purely for delivery purposes only!

Returns

We have a 7 days return policy on our items.

Here at Dangerzone-Collectibles, we pride ourselves on Customer Service. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with any product you buy from Dangerzone-Collectibles in any way, please e-mail us at info@dangerzone-collectibles.com within 7 days of the purchase Date. We will always do our very best to look after you, and answer any questons you may have. Should you need to return an item, we will issue you with a RETURNS AUTHORISATION NUMBER (R.A.N) and the Address to send your item.

PLEASE NOTE:- When returning an item to us, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We would therefore suggest that any items are sent via a delivery method that offers insurance to the value of the item being returned. Please remember to enclose your Name, Address and Telephone Number along with the RETURNS AUTHORISATION NUMBER (R.A.N) and reason for return.

IMPORTANT:- All items returned are at the Customers expense. The item must be returned in any Original Manufacturers Packaging or with any Manufacturers Tags attatched and un-used. A refund of the Purchase Price will then be issued for the returned goods.
